Sorry, Captain Nemo

I had to take my cat, Captain Nemo, to the vet to be fixed today. I had to starve him the night before so that he didn't have a reaction with the anesthetic, and I can't begin to describe how shocked he was to not be fed in a timely fashion. ("I am shocked, Sir! Shocked, I say!")

He didn't make a peep when I took him to the vet, though. He just looked really scared.

Sorry, Captain Nemo.

  2. Hope Capt Nemo feels better soon.

And as for the book graphic, I seem to remember having it as a kid. Completely forgotten about it.

  5. Poor little guy. You, uh, didn't have him, er, ah, spayed, did you? He will resent you forever for that; I know I did when my girlfriend had it done to me a few years ago. I'm just sayin'!

  6. It's okay, Nemo. Soon, you won't even remember what it was like to have those harbles.

  8. You know that once he recovers, he'll be lording over the house just as before, more likely, worse. ;-)

  11. My friend, Butters the yellowish Cat, tells me that Captain Nemo will live a longer, healthier life without those bits.

Butters also suggested something unprintable in a family friendly blog, and then proceded to lick his scar. "Jealous much," he purred.
