Do These Glasses Make My "Cheeks" Look Big?

The 'Blog' of 'Unnecessary' Quotation Marks
This is an actual photo that I took of a sign that I saw from a pizza parlor. I have no idea what it is that the sign is trying to say. I have submitted the photo to the proper authorties.

  1. I'm "really" bad for using quotation marks "un necessarily". :P

  2. I don't think they make her cheeks look big, but I bet they make the cheeks of the person she's looking at look big!

  3. What does that sign even mean?

  4. That's modern advertising. The one for a tax preparing program for your computer has me wanting to get a GPS unit.

I think the ad people are all on drugs, very bad drugs.

  6. "Cheeks" is obviously meant in the euphemistic sense here... glasses for asses?

  7. Sunshine: Really? You think so? I think they make the advertiser look stupid. ;o)

BAC: Glasses that make everyone else look fat! That could be an interesting product for dieters... ;o)

Dguzman: I have no idea. I felt exactly like you when I saw this sign. What's even funnier, somebody paid money to put up this isgn and say this cryptic message! ;o)

Kulkuri: You're right - modern advertising is really strange. You wonder what these people were thinking... ;o)

Randal Graves: Ack! Human-bumblebee hybrids are stealing our jobs! ;o)

Lockwood: Yes, I thought that as well - but if that is what they are saying, then how could glasses make your rear end look fat? It just doesn't make sense. ;o)
