The 81-year-old American pop singer and unabashed Christmas sweater enthusiast Andy Williams recently said in a interview that President Obama is "following Marxist theory" and wants to turn the US into a "socialist country".
"Don't like him at all," he said, "I think he wants to create a socialist country. The people he associates with are very Left-wing. One is registered as a Communist.
"Obama is following Marxist theory. He's taken over the banks and the car industry. He wants the country to fail." Telegraph, Oliver Willis.
although a lifelong Republican, Williams was a friend of the Kennedy family and campaigned for Robert F. Kennedy in 1968. He was present at the Los Angeles rally where Robert F Kennedy was assassinated.
As a teenager Andy Williams dubbed some of the high notes in the song "How Little We Know" sung by Lauren Bacall in the film To Have and Have Not.

I probably wouldn't even remember who the heck Andy Williams is today, except for the fact that he was once married to the delightful Claudine Longet [ 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ], who shot her boyfriend while still married to Andy Williams. I am beginning to think that it is entirely possible that she shot the wrong guy...
he also discovered the osmonds
ReplyDeletethat says it all

Blah.. I think in the first picture, middle Andy with the white pants..I think I can see the outline of his thing... Ewww...
ReplyDeleteAndy Williams is just happy to see everyone!
ReplyDeleteNelson Muntz likes Andy Williams. 'nuff said.
He only like the Kennedy's cuz they could get gigs for him with their mob connections.
ReplyDeleteNot a single African American has ever listened to a single Andy Williams song. It is simply impossible. Even Michael Steele is physically incapable of listening to andy williams brand crooning.
It has taken white people literally generations to develop a tolerance to that crap. I believe it started as a secret government project in the 1970s in the guide of variety shows.
What kind of freak has a professional photographer over on Christmas morning to stage a picture like that?
ReplyDeleteWhat? It wasn't Christmas morning? It was June 12th?
What a Dick.
I thought he'd crossed the Moon River long ago. Anybody got a paddle to lend him?
ReplyDeleteI was so hoping for an Andy Williams post from you. Thanks for not disappointing me!
ReplyDeleteGood thing Perry Como's not around, or Comrade Obama would be bugging out to the Kenyan Kremlin one socialistic step ahead of the doddering mob.
