I'm glad that Giuliani's staff is receiving health insurance, as they are not getting any actual pay. Maybe they can raise funds by going to the doctor and getting scrips for Oxycontin and then reselling it to Rush Limbaugh. I believe that just might be the secret Florida strategy.
