The bad news is that the Democrats can't decide on a candidate...

The good news is that the Republicans can't either!

But Obama isn't electable because he's black... or half-black...

that's what they keep telling me on the news anyway

Huh.

And look at the total votes for each party! Now that is some great news.

Yup as I've said before a significant number of Republicans are still coming out just to vote against McCain - which is awesome.

According to these precise numbers (very nice table), this nation will be leaderless starting in January 2009. Good news for the planet.

Looks to me like about a quarter of Republicans don't want McCain. Will they stay home on election day? Hopefully - or vote for Obama!

Considering what we've done to the world with the sort of leaders we've had, on average, since the 80's -- Reagan (Iran/Contra, Panama), Bush the "Greater" (Iraq phase 1) and Bush the Lesser (Afghanistan, Iraq and any country that shares a border with Israel or our favored trade partner, China) -- we'd probably be doing the world a favor if we went leaderless for a while. I'm actually starting to wonder if anarchy really would be worse than what we have going on now. At least you can actually move forward from anarchy.

Swinebread: He is either too black or not black enough, depending on the TV show. Drat!

Dean Wormer: Yeah... What is that guy's name, anyway?

Liberality: That does look good!

MWB: Democrats aren't the only party in turmoil. If only the media covered that story!

Dr. Monkerstein: Yep! At least there is some good news...

Distributorcap: Yep. Remember, the media is McCain's "base".

Comet Rider: I stole the tables from Crooks and Liars! And then made them into a graphic.

Spirula: It can't be worse than what we have now!

Freida Bee: Yay! Of course, I am the only logical choice.

duros62: Ha! I missed that bit about Alan Keyes!

Mauigirl: Yay! I hope that you are right! :o)

chaos4700: When man has lost all of his leaders, he will learn who is the true master of this house - an ape!
