Oh dear my joke died before it was even born.

Explaining jokes kill them but it's partially based on the myth that certain Arctic dwelling people put their elderly and infirm on ice floes to die. And making mockery of the cruelty of Republicans that their "health plan" for the non-rich is to put the elderly and sick on ice floes to die.
