As pointed out by Jess Wundrun, Count Rumsfeld had to beat a hasty retreat from France to avoid extradition to Germany for his unpaid "parking tickets" involving cruel and inhuman treatment of detainees in Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib. Freedom Fry that, you blood sucking mofo!

If only these bastards really could be held accountable... now that would be something.
I was going to say that the real test will come when Bush and/or Cheney travels abroad, but since they'd only go to places like Paraguay, Uzbekistan, Equatorial Guinea, places that love them some hot dictator action, this is about as enjoyable as it'll ever get.
