The K.I.S.S. Principle

Barack Obama's convention speech was all talk-talk-talk, blah-blah-blah. He went on endlessly about pertinent facts, policy analysis and solutions for America's problems. On the other hand...

John McCain kept his message clear and concise!

I hate the idea of dumbing things down, but long, detailed explanations are not going to cut it with many undecided voters.

McCain's campaign manager Rick Davis said it himself - they're going to keep hammering impression and personality. The don't want to talk about the facts or issues.

Let's just hope that in addition to good explanations, Obama/Biden can master the soundbite.

I heard one today I think they could work with - John McCain thinks you're stupid.

My god, I didn't know that John McCain was P.O.W. What a well-kept secret.

DCup: I hope so, too. Never underestimate the ability of the American public to find the lowest (and stupidest!) common denominator.

DivaJood: Ha! To find the truth about McCain, just watch FOX News!

Pidomon: I know! The press hardly covers that P.O.W. story. ;o)

Randal Graves: Me too! :o)

Utah Savage: Move to Canada, I say. The speak French!
