For my Republican friends (and I do have a few) that complain about their candidate's ongoing fall from grace, let me say this....
The beginning of your campaign was a drastic mistake...
The middle of your campaign was a major disaster...
And...

And as DCap says, the nastiness he has unleashed is unbelievable. But it is so blatant, so over the top, I'm hoping that no one but the right wing base will fall for it...this time. What scares me is that it has always worked before. But these are not ordinary times.
The winking doesn't bother me as much as her voice. It is really starting to grate on my nerves, you betcha.
Her voice does have that diabolical hallucinatory quality, but that winking, now that's the stuff of nightmares.
I've winked at a lot of folks - what am I missing? Hell, I forgot, I don't shoot animals from airplanes!!! And my son never played HOCKEY! great blog.

On the subject of Sarah Palin's voice... did any of you ever watch the old Captain Planet cartoon series? Palin kind of reminds me of Doctor Blight, minus the skin condition and the PhDs.
Although to be fair, my favorite comparison of Sarah Palin is still the one my friend made between her and Dolores Umbridge from the Harry Potter movie.
Enjoy the fun while it lasts everyone. And pray that the national joke of this won't last 4 years.
