That's brilliant. Sad and gut-wrenching, but brilliant.

I'd love to see what the general reaction of consumers is.

Oh man. I'm glad I'm not driving at all today. I feel guilty every time I do, and deservedly so. I wish I lived in bus routes or had an electric car right now.

Makes a very sharp point. It's like something Scarlet P. would do, isn't it?

well, the good news is we have finely-scripted reality TV and 24-hour news networks to distract us from all of this...

DCup: Yep. The general reaction of consumers is probably horror, I imagine.

Freida Bee: It's hard not to think about, whether you are diving or not!

Unconventional Conventionist: Yep. A very sharp point, indeed.

Odile: Concuerdo. Horroriza para pensar cuántas personas se han muerto en esta guerra.

Dean Wormer: Ouch, indeed!
ouch.

Randal Graves: Me too! I want to put these on a gas stations myself.

Dguzman: I fear that the Bush-supporting idiots will never change their tune, regardless of any evidence presented. (That is pretty scary in itself.)

Pidomon: Yes! We must win this election, or we are totally screwed.

FranIAm: Yep.

Kreplech: If only the 24-hour news networks were really about reality and not finely finely-scripted talking points for corporate interests...

You know what makes me saddest, Dr. Z? There are people who will likely feel it's worth it.

Übermilf: Yes, people who see this and feel offended because it questions their values.

Angry Ballerina: You have to print them out and put them up yourself. That's why they call it "Freeway Blogging"!

Swinebread: I agree. The present situation in America is rarely put in these terms.
