Now is Not the Time for Tears...

After the recent disapointment of the Massachusetts special election, Democrats are naturally upset at the consequences.

But the despite the carnage...

I say that now is not the time for tears...

I say that it's time to kick ass and take names in 2010.

Dr Zaius: I say that it's time to kick ass and take names in 2010.

Just don't take names from tombstones and fill out absentee ballots. I know that Democrats think that twelve people in a cemetary at night is a "get out the vote rally" but come on. Fair play and all that tommyrot, wot?

From an interview last night:

Q. Governor! What is best in life?

Schwarzenegger: To crush your political enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of Keith Olbermann.

If they run candidates that are truly different from the Republican'ts, then they may have a chance. Like Jim Hightower said, "The only things in the middle of the road are a yellow line and dead armadillos". He also said, "We don't need a third party, what we need is a second party!!!!"

The Democrats are done for. In little more than a year they've managed to squander the golden opportunity to lead this country with solid majorities in both houses and the presidency. Who would've thought that they would actually be worse at this governing thing then the Republicans.

I'm through with them. Down with two party corporate oligarchy!

Amen Kulkuri! Call me when those Smurfs grow some testicular fortitude. I was ready for a fight the day after Obama won the Election. Imagine my disappointment when it turned into a poor version of marriage counceling.

I felt like the family dog traded down the river--being a woman and all.

If there was to be actual katana usage in 2010, then sure. Otherwise, same ole same ole.

Thanks Dr. Z -- I think we are on the same page again, except of course, I said to organize not kick ass and take names.

This is why you are our Ape Overlord from the Future, isn't it? You know just the thing to say.

Tengrain

Scott Brown is so nutz, it might actually help the Democratic party. Lord knows (not that Cornelius and Zira believe, those heretics) that the Dems cannot seem to help themselves.

I'm confused by your site. Dr. Zaius would not support progressive democrats or social programs for humans. Unless, you mean that once our country has been run into the ground, defaulted on our loans, and are owned by the Chinese, it will create the power void for the simian revolution. I guess he may support that. And you tag line is equally confusing. "Some apes are more equal than others." That's Orwell from animal farm. And it's has the American flag background? So do you agree with "more equal"? So if you're Dr. Zaius, you support a totalitarian, elitist society and democrats/progressives/liberals are the pawns of the simian overlords?
So Zaius would be a republican? I'm really having a hard time organizing this.
One more question. Why smurfs? They've never closed the deal and the chances of smurfs kicking anything but smurfberry bushes is slim to none. They're French you know.
I'm sure I'll get flamed but you don't have an "about this website" button. I just felt some explanation was in order.

One doesn't question the magnificent paradox that is Dr. Zaius, one just goes along for the ride (eventually on a horse drawn cage wagon surrounded by hostile gorillas).

This is a madhouse! A madhouse! Damn apes!

Seriously, though, the people want to control health care costs, but Obama has focused on making it universally available, which will only drive up costs. And the amazing thing is they somehow got the under-25 crowd on board, rock the vote and all that. Wait until they get the mandatory requirement to carry life insurance. "What are you talking about man? That's bolshevik, I'm immortal. I'm only twenty-one!"

Err, not life insurance, but health insurance. You know what I mean. All the costs, none of the bennies.

Lilith: I take a certain degree of umbrage at your statement. Some of my best friends are tombstones! ;o)

Kulkuri: Hopefully we will have fewer yellow lines and dead armadillos in the future. ;o)

Darwin's Dagger: I don't agree. I say that right now we need to support our party! Things are liable to get worse. :o)

Seeing Eye Chick: I don't agree. I say that right now we need to support our party! Things are liable to get worse. :o)

Mauigirl: Yay, Mauigirl! :o)

Randal Graves: So let me get this straight... When the congress goes Anime, they will have your support? ;o)

Tengrain: Awesome! ;o)

wok3: I don't think that the recent mess is entirely the Democrats fault, but as far as Scott Brown is concerned - We ca use all the help we can get! ;o)

Übermilf: Jim Hightower is pretty awesome. ;o)

Saxon: I would answer, but you are merely a sock puppet.

Darwin's Dagger: Yay! Just wait until 3978 A.D.! :o)

Teresita: I don't think that it's really all that simple or as black and white as all that, actually. :o)

Comrade Kevin: To your mother! Thanks, Vanilla Ice! ;o)

Jang-chub Ozer: Carrie Prejean has proven that nudity is only wrong for Democrats. Republicans do it for Jesus! ;o)

Sunshine: It was certainly a Smurfwide upset. :o(
