Okay, okay, so Turkey doesn't like us. What about Beef? And Pork?

Show this to any wingnut, and they'll still blame The Clenis.

As much as I hate to be fair about Bush, some of these things can't really be blamed directly on the president. Cost of insurance and college in particular. A lot of the jobs related issues are more closely tied in with the tech bubble bursting and the recession that and 9-11 caused. Most of that would have to be placed at the foot of the Fed, Republican Congress, and both presidents for failure to regulate properly.

Other than that Bush has quite a list of screw-ups to his credit.

It wasn't his fault. Every one of the statistics you've listed can be blamed on 9-11.

9-11!

Seriously, I read a letter to the editor in the Chicago Tribune claiming that the deficit is actually a good thing, so Bush IMPROVED our economy by tanking it.

I truly give up.

I don't love Clinton; I don't think he was some saint. But he did the job.

You know if we just give him four more years he'll get this all straightened out.

Sad, but true.

I think we really need another six months to determine whether the deficit surge is really working.

Wow. Thanks for sharing that.

I've been thinking about doing a post comparing Preznit Bush and Preznit Clinton's popularity in their last year in office.

I wonder who would come out on top.

Oh, I think we can blame this all on Bush ... as a matter of fact, when something goes wrong at my house I blame it on Bush.

You've obviously fallen for Democrat trickery, Dr. Zaius. Don't you realize that Bill Clinton got a blowjob in the oval office? None of those facts and figures matter.

I love this post so much, it makes me want to have hybrid Orangababies with you.

If that were genetically possible, which it is not.

Dr. Z.
Why do hate America?

Randal Graves: I think that we are universally hated by all meat products. Damn you, Clenis!

John J.: I am sure that is true on some levels, but the fact the of the matter is that there is a significant movement in these numbers in a negative direction, whereas before these numbers were moving in the opposite direction.

Chris: Ha! You are voting for Giuliani!

Übermilf: Clinton was a very good president. I might have been too harsh in my previous post, I was just trying to make a point about how Obama is being treated right now.

Jess Wundrun: Long live the King!

kimono hime: Yep. the constant distortions astound me.

dguzman: Ha! "...the deficit surge..." You are a genius! I am so going to steal that line.

Dean Wormer: Comparing Bush and Clinton's popularity... That depends on whether it was on FOX News or not!

BAC: I agree. I stubbed my toe this morning because of Bush!

Johnny Yen: Bill Clinton's blowjob in the oval office led directly to 911!

Übermilf: Hmm... We could always try!

Romius T.: I don't. I hate the present administration and what it is doing to America.

And he stopped many Republicans from feeling good about themselves.

I know some who were awfully obnoxious back before Bush, that are strangely quiet and withdrawn like their spirits are broken.

They got what they wanted and it was wrong.

I'm further reminded of how much work there is to be done by the next President whomever he/she is.

Turkey hates Bush because he won't ban Thanksgiving.

Seriously, every defecit-debt chart I have seen shows that the Clinton budgets always spent more than they took in, and there was never a surplus. Bush inherited defecits and debt and made tem worse, but he did not squander a surplus.

Comrade: I'm sure Hillary or whoever will rise to the challenge of adding even more to the national debt/etc.

Distributorcap: "...which for six years was a bushbot congress..." Ha! That's a good line.

MWB's World: That is very true. I know several Republicans, and they are all very disapointed in all of the new candidates and hate George Bush. He has ruined their party.

Comrade Kevin: Yes, and the public will bitch and moan if it is not fixed overnight. **sigh**

Swinebread: Yep! No way around it.

Dmarks: "Seriously, every defecit-debt chart I have seen shows that the Clinton budgets always spent more than they took in, and there was never a surplus." Do you have a source for this? I would disagree.
